Actually, it was more like "Es gibt viel Wasser im Wasserklosett! Aus oben! Sehr naß!" It was a triumph of circumlocution.
The water heater, which is a small tank hanging in the upper corner of the bathroom, spontaneously sprung a leak this morning as I was drying my hair. So I guess I'm stuck at home for the day waiting for the plumber (der Installateur!) to install a new water heater. It's sunny outside for the first time this week, and here I thought I wasn't going to have to deal with any more rain.
